• First name and surname
• Address of permanent residence
• Sex/gender
• E-mail address
• Telephone number
• ID number
• Passport number
• University info
• Nationality
• Cookies, IP address, and other online identifiers
• Communication with authorities and institutions in order to ensure traveling/studying abroad
• Taking of and publishing photos and videos used in promotional materials intended for commercial use
• And other complying documents necessary for successful fulfillment of the relevant event

 

These data will be kept by the Provider for a period of 3 years or for the duration of the programme contract.

We collect and store information from visitors to the Website when they make online payments or communicate with us via email. We do not store credit/debit cards information.

 

When processing data, we also use services provided by trustworthy third-party service providers, mainly Microsoft and Google. All service providers use sufficient arrangements for personal data protection. Please, feel free to contact us for more details.
