Terms and conditions

The organizers of the IEEE RAS Summer School on Multi-robot Systems include the Multi-Robot Systems Group, Department of Cybernetics, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Czech Technical University in Prague; and the company Fly4Future s.r.o., ID number 06632581, VAT number CZ06632581, with its registered address at Přemyslovců 992/52, Ostrava - Mariánské Hory, 709 00, Czech Republic, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, File No. C 72694/KSOS.

1) Subject of the Service

The Organizer undertakes arranging for the Customer an educational and hands-on experimental event called „2025 IEEE RAS Summer School on Multi-robot Systems“, which is specified below. The event will be held in Prague, Czech Republic on July 30 - August 5, 2025 and is meant for applicants selected in the application process as realized by the Multi-Robot Systems Group in Prague. The Customer agrees to pay the total package price and other fees related to the Summer School under the following Terms and Conditions.

The package consists of:

  • series of lectures
  • practicals with real robots
  • lunches
  • banquet
  • refreshments
  • welcome and farewell drinks
  • organized social programs

 

NOT included in the package price:

  • travel expenses
  • public transportation
  • accommodation
  • visa service
  • insurance

Regarding visa, the Organizer may issue an Invitation Letter for the Customer in order to facilitate the process.

 

2) Withdrawal and Cancellation

The Customer may always withdraw from the Summer School at any time before the commencement of the event by delivering a written withdrawal notice (by email) to the Organizer. The Customer is obliged to inform the Organizer about the cancellation of their participation without undue delay.

Regardless of the reason, should the Customer cancel their participation prior to July 1, 2025, they will be returned 100% of the paid fee. The money will be returned to the bank account specified via email by the Customer to the Organizer, or via GoPay+ to the respective bank account from which the payment was previously executed. Fees to applications canceled after July 1, 2025, will not be compensated.

 

3) Payment

In the Summer School eshop, the Customer should select a respective category (Student/Academic Participant/Industry Participant) and pay for their application via GoPay+ or bank transfer. The payment may be executed in CZK, EUR, or USD. Via bank transfer, one of the following accounts should be selected:

After successful payment, the Organizer will issue an invoice for the Customer using the billing details provided by the Customer. The invoice will be sent to the Customer's email as provided in the payment process.

 

4) Other important terms

The Organizer has informed the Customer about all substantial circumstances relevant to their decision about participation in the Summer School prior to executing payment for the application. The Customer is obliged to inform the Organizer about all facts which have a decisive importance to the amendment or cancellation of their participation.

The Customer understands and agrees that these Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of the Parties hereto are construed and shall be governed by the Czech generally binding legal regulations, especially by the Civil Code.

 

The Organizer collects and stores information from visitors to the Website in compliance with the Privacy policy.
